Home care

Home care that fits around your life

Help at home, from a short daily visit to support several times a day, so you or someone you love can stay safe, comfortable and independent.

  • Coming home after a hospital stay or illness and needing extra help

  • Wanting to stay at home rather than move into a care home

Over four years of care

“Dad has been with this company for over 4 years and I wouldn't change it for the world. We are really grateful for the support the care team gives. They are always friendly, patient and willing to help. They have made things much easier for our family and it gives us assurance that my dad is safe and well cared for.”

FAQs

Questions about home care

Can't see your question? Call 0800 049 2881.

Can the amount of care change later?

Yes. Many people start with a few visits a week and increase support over time. We review care plans regularly and adjust them whenever needs change.

What happens at the free assessment?

We visit at a time that suits you, get to know the person and their routines, and talk through what help would make the biggest difference. You'll get a personal care plan and a clear quote before anything starts.

Can family members stay involved?

Absolutely. We agree with you how and how often we'll keep you updated, and who your main contact is.

Do you offer live-in care?

Yes. If visits are no longer enough, a dedicated carer can live in the home to provide support day and night. See our live-in care page or call us to talk it through.

Let's talk about what's needed.

Book a free, no-obligation assessment. We'll talk through the options and costs openly, so you can decide what's right.
