FAQs

Questions about dementia care

Can't see your question? Call 0800 049 2881.

What if Mum or Dad doesn't want help?

That's very common. We take time to build trust, often starting with short visits and companionship, and we introduce support at a pace the person is comfortable with.

Can support increase as dementia progresses?

Yes. We review care regularly and adapt it as needs change, from a daily visit to extended support, subject to assessment.

Will it always be the same carer?

We work hard to keep a small, consistent team around each person. Holidays and sickness mean we can't promise the same person every visit, but we'll always tell you who is coming.

Let's talk about what's needed.

Book a free, no-obligation assessment. We'll talk through the options and costs openly, so you can decide what's right.
